Confused about downloading
- Downloading is illegal
- Downloading is theft
- Downloading is piracy
That is what the Recording Industry wants you to believe. But how true is that?
Piracy is not theft
Fire sharing is not piracy
When it comes to point 1 it’s not illegal where I come from. Downloading music and movies is legal in The Netherlands. Uploading is not though, which makes downloading sometimes a bit problematic. Welcome usenet 
Point 2 and 3 are explained by the images on the sides. I understand both cannot be true at the same time in this context, but I assume you are smart enough to make up your own mind about it.
