The history of an Undead Death Knight
One day a young soldier got accepted to the great army of Lordaeron. It was the happiest day in his human life so far. He trained very hard and continued to do so. He did everything he could to protect and serve King Terenas II. After years of service the Dark Portal opened and he was sent out to protect the refugees from Azeroth. Under command of Lord Anduin Lothar they fled across the sea to Lordaeron. Unfortunately our young brave warrior drowned after a very unfortunate accident on the sea.
A few days later his body washed ashore the beach of the Plaguelands, where it was found by a very strange creature. It is unknown what the creature looks like since his race did not keep documentation at that time. The creature picked up the lifeless body and brought it to his great leader, Prince Arthas, who raised him to be a member of the Scourge. But he did not want to be one of the Scourge. He remembered the Scourge were in war with his former nation. He hated them very much. He hated them enough to break himself free from the Scourge and joined the army of the Undead. There he was a respected member of the Horde. Again he was happy with his life, although it was different then before. As he swore vengeance he was sent to battle against the Scourge. He killed many, many of them before he was captured. The Scourge tortured him, trying to change his mind to be on their side. Eventually the torturing became too much and he died… again.
Lord Arthas recognized the the great warrior for what he was. It would be unwise not to use such great power. But he also remembered what happened last time he raised him as a Scourge. That’s why he tried a different approach. Instead of raising him as a normal Scourge, he gave our hero the power of the Death Knights, making him one of the heroes. But it was not enough. He still hated the Scourge deeply and would never join them. So again he broke free and swore vengeance. And again the joined the Undead, fighting for the Horde.
And there he is, still fighting. Fighting against the Scourge and everyone that is against him. FOR THE HORDE!
