Things change and previous list was an inventory for myself. I have now changed a lot of software and made the use of my laptop mostly obsolete. Here is a new list of software I use on a daily base, ordered alphabetically:

Some time ago I wrote a short tutorial on how to create a Windows installation USB key. The guide is still valid (and probably will be for quite some time), but there is an easier method now! Well, at least if you want to have Windows 7 on your USB key.
Microsoft has release Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool (direct link), which only requires a few mouse-clicks to create your key. All you need is the ISO-file of Windows 7 (obtainable from your Microsoft Store Account), a working computer with Windows installed and an USB key. However I am not sure most netbook owners (the primary target audience for this tool since netbooks don’t have a CD-ROM player) have a Microsoft Store Account.
The fun part is that the tool has been release under the GPLv2 license. But that’s because they had to…
Few day ago I received my brand new Nokia N97. It’s more a very, very small laptop I can also use to call with rather then a telephone. Maybe you remember how I used to post with my N95; using the same app now on this new gadget
I will write more about it later, it’s now time to sleep.
It may not make it into the history books, but it’ll probably be mildly exciting to see it happen.
In just a few minutes, the time will be 12:34:56 and the date will be 07/08/09.* This is only going to happen once so we figure it’s news worthy enough to make the site on a slow Friday.
So, what are/were you doing when the clocks read 123456789? Let us know in the comments section below! If you missed it, well, don’t worry, you didn’t miss much. Just the time really.
Screenshots at the ready, everyone …
Edit: I guess I missed 07/08/09 10:11:12.
